My poor grandma got stuck in DFW last night for weather while flying to Iowa. Flight was cancelled, they wouldn’t give her her luggage AND told her she can’t get on a flight until Wednesday at 9PM. No hotel accommodations, luggage, or anything. @AmericanAir @BarstoolBigCat
So not only were they too lazy to get her luggage for her to take to her own hotel, but they sent her luggage on a flight to Iowa this morning that they couldn’t even get her on. While telling her she has to overnight for 2 nights with no accommodations… shocked
