Happy International Women’s Day 💫 At Kinetic Foundation, we’re proud to recognise and empower our Kinetic Girls every single day 💛🖤 We’re also proud to be fully inclusive regardless of gender, ability, financial situation or ethnicity and can offer young people an education that is relevant to their academic level. When The Youth Sport Trust identified that secondary age girls are more likely to experience barriers to participation in football than boys, we wanted to play our part in increasing opportunities for girls to play football with the introduction of our free weekly community training sessions and with the launch of our first full time girls football and education academy programme which is now into its second year 👩‍🎓⚽️ Education and awareness play vital roles in creating inclusion and empowering women and girls. We want to create opportunities for our girls to thrive and achieve their full potential which is why we introduced initiatives with the support of our partners. This includes the mentorship, entrepreneurship and employability programmes with Howden and adidas along with workshops with Beyond Equality to help build a society free from gender discrimination, violence, and prejudice, and where everyone is treated equally 🙌 vm.tiktok.com/ZNdeUjD5S/ #IWD2025 #AccelerateAction
