What you need to know for polling day:
❗ Don’t forget to bring photo ID
✅ Don’t worry if your ID is out of date. You can use out of date photo ID, if it still looks like you and the name is the same as the one you used when you registered to vote.

Intelligent, engaged questions from @HGSModStuds pupils this afternoon. They ranged from the drugs death emergency to the differences working as a legislator in the Scottish and UK Parliaments. The hour flew in!
Very grateful to you @PaulJSweeney MSP for coming in to speak to S4 and AH today - an hour wasn’t long enough for all of the questions! Thank you.

This #IWD2022, we think about women in Ukraine.
Women fighting against Russian aggression.
Women reporting from a war zone to ensure the world knows the truth.
Women forced to give birth in bunkers or flee from their homes.
We send our support to all the women of Ukraine.

Two years ago, I made the commitment to nominate the first Black woman to the Supreme Court. I sought a candidate with exceptional credentials, unimpeachable character, and unwavering dedication to the rule of law.
I’m proud to nominate Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson.

Next up is the SNP with an impressive campaign 👏🏻 Thorough research conducted by this team. They focused their manifesto on key policy areas; education & law and order. Fantastic speech provided by our leader & depute leader. Well done SNP ⭐️⭐️

The Conservative Campaign 💙👏🏻 Promising to increase teachers salary, a fantastic idea if you ask me 🤣 They provided a speech full of statistics & topical issues, well done ⭐️⭐️ They were also determined to wind up our Labour leader, editing a clown over his face. A low blow 🥊
