The F1 Stock Car meeting final on Sunday sees the 9th running of a race put together by the Turner family to remember the life of Benny who sadly lost his life aged just 15 in May 2015 to a rare form of cancer after an agonisingly tough three year battle. He was a huge F1 Stock Car fan, especially Frankie Wainman Jnr and he also loved everything agricultural, especially tractors. With thanks to Ian Bennett and Howard Turner for asking us to hold the race; we are immensely honoured to be hosting this special race. We hope it's a good one - this is for you! #RacingForBen

Almost 150 vehicles took part in the three-mile procession in memory of Ben.

Ben's wish for a tractor was granted by our Wish Granters following a cancer diagnosis. After his passing, Ben's dad, Howard, started the annual Ben Turner Memorial Tractor & Vehicle Run.
Last year, Howard raised an amazing £22,000 for Rays of Sunshine.

Benny lost his battle with cancer in May 2015 and his family honour Ben every year by hosting this race and on Saturday night every driver will be Racing for Ben.

Ben Turner inspired me to take up running and my first event was Birmingham 10k on this day in 2015 to raise money for @TeenageCancer for him. Unfortunately Ben was taken from us that same day at the tender age of 15. Today’s run is dedicated to you Benny ❤️
