today, I paid a visit to the yotsuya station goats!! there was a mid-day crowd to see them, their hashtag is: #四ツ谷駅ヤギ職員 🐐
this is JR East’s first time deploying goats to an urban station, and they will live on-site until they finish eating all the grass.
I will say that the busses, bus stops, and transit facilities in Florida Gold Coast communities have a lot going for them: coaches less than 10 years old, nice bus stops and shelters (some with A/C!), rail connections, a great dedicated BRT lane—just didn’t see much frequency.

Having a train that takes you directly to the airport is genuinely one of the top 10 things a city can offer. No expensive taxis, no sitting in traffic, no begging someone to drop you off. Just get on the train and arrive at the airport. Every major city should have this.
All I’m saying is @HawaiiSenate and @hihousedems have a golden opportunity to do one of the most useful things ever for the people of Hawai‘i…

Why is the only grade separation LA is willing to do for transit is go underground? For once I’d love to see them at least try an elevated guideway instead of building more at-grade street cars that get stuck at every traffic light.
