Another diabolical pathetic and spiteful decision made by the IOPC they are the worst gatekeepers of police conduct ever. You get it wrong so many times. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/czrv…
This might happen today in Wales. It’s only a joke but there’s an element if reality there. Be patient we will return. I don’t know when but we will. 🤞🙏❤️🏴

This is the best summary of the current geopolitical situation I have seen. Sir Alex Younger was head of MI6 between 2014 and 2020. Really worth watching.
Gloucester v Leicester Gallagher rugby best game of rugby I’ve seen for years so glad there were 7 or so Welsh players on show. Much better level than the tepid welsh game.
Put my roller shutter garage door down on Saturday leaving a small step ladder underneath it causing it to tilt and come off its track. I rang Viv Chambers Industrial Door’s 24 hour number and within 30 minutes he arrived and fixed my door. Great service can’t praise him enough
2024 what a year that was. I remember it as if it was only yesterday. 😉. Wishing you all a Happy and Healthy New Year. Let’s be nice and friendly to each other. H
It’s a slow news day in Cymru when this is the lead news headline on the BBC website. bbc.co.uk/news/wales
To those families that are struggling to put presents under the Christmas tree for a whole raft of reasons. That really is not important. It’s the presence of those around it that’s important. Family and friends together just perfect.

Roy Clark could take a classic like Johnny Cash’s ‘Folsom Prison Blues’ and transform it into a virtuoso comedy bit while remaining faithful to the original. The great ‘Telemaster’ Danny Gatton pulled similar live antics (his 1991 Austin City Limits performance is mind blowing).
The song “I’m stone in love with you” by The Stylistics just came on the radio and it was the first song I heard driving home from the hospital after the birth of our first child our daughter. The memories of how proud I felt becoming a dad and the emotions & love flooded back ❤️
I don’t like dissing players but Ryan Elias is not international class. We’ve lost 3 line outs in the bounce from poor throws. He couldn’t hit a cows arse with a banjo. Poor very poor
To the men and women who served and protected our country and kept us all safe I thank you with the utmost respect and gratitude.
