Demand for outpatient care is growing, so why might some outpatient properties still struggle?

AI is only as good as the data feeding it. CRE data lives in old PDF leases, disconnected spreadsheets and databases that don’t match. Messy inputs produce unreliable outputs, which keeps AI out of the decisions that matter.

Cedars-Sinai is also doubling down on its surroundings. The health system recently paid $270 million to acquire the ground lease beneath part of the nearby Beverly Connection shopping center.

- Net absorption: 10.5 million sq ft
- Vacancy: 4.3%, down 10 bps
- Under construction: 58.1 million sq ft
- Asking rents: $26.20/sq ft, up 0.7%
