ANOTHER SUSPECTED SNAP FRAUDSTER ARRESTED!
ICE arrested Alfredo Jose Castillo-Tejera, an illegal alien from Venezuela suspected of illegally obtaining SNAP benefits in Ohio.
He has had a final order of removal since 2025 and is now in ICE custody.
ICE is cracking down on SNAP fraud and holding those who illegally abuse taxpayer-funded benefits and steal from the American people accountable.

FAKE NEWS. The bag tags are not evidence of the removal destination.
Aliens are correctly removed to the third country that had agreed to accept them. Those tags were produced by contractors at the detention facility where the aliens were staged, not by the officers executing the removal.
The contractors do not have visibility into third-country removal arrangements and defaulted to the home country information already in the file, because they are not part of the process that determines or confirms the destination.
Moussa Diawara showed 60 Minutes his Department of Homeland Security-issued bag tags from his deportation flight listing Mali as his destination — a country a U.S. immigration judge ruled he could not be deported to because he would likely face persecution.
DHS said in a statement that the “contractors” who filled out the bag tags “are not part of the process that determines…the destination.” A medication form that also included Mali, the agency said, was a “clerical error.” Ghana’s government declined to comment. cbsn.ws/4i4zYtR

On July 11, ICE arrested Moussa Diawara, an illegal alien from Mali with a final order of removal from a judge.
On February 2, 2012, an immigration judge ordered Diawara removed from the United States. Diawara, who is married to a woman he shares 2 children with, oddly claimed he would be persecuted for homosexuality if returned home to Mali, and requested a withholding of removal from his home country. On July 30, he was removed from the United States to a country that provided diplomatic assurances for his safety.
“It feels really empty without him,” says 16-year-old Corey Diawara, whose father was deported in July.
His father had lived in the U.S. for 25 years and had no criminal record. Moussa Diawara says he was deported without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge. He was eventually sent to Mali, a country a U.S. immigration judge ruled he could not be deported to.
In a statement, the Department of Homeland Security told 60 Minutes that Ghana had provided the U.S. with “diplomatic assurances for his safety.” DHS also questioned the credibility of Diawara’s arguments for fearing persecution in Mali. cbsn.ws/4etdVdW

ONLY PRESIDENT TRUMP took action to protect our country from these fraudsters and other dangerous criminals.
"This administration is following the law that Congress has passed. There are a lot of people in this population that we talk about, who committed very serious crimes. And people should be very happy with President Trump for getting these serious criminals out of the country." @DHSGenCounsel

NOT a Texas father!
He is an ILLEGAL ALIEN from Mali with a final order of removal from a judge, who said he’s homosexual in order to dodge deportation - despite having a wife and two kids at home.
Wonder why @60Minutes didn’t ask him about that.
A Texas father who had lived in the U.S. for 25 years with no criminal record was finishing his night shift as an Uber driver when immigration agents detained him.
Without being able to speak to his lawyer or a judge, he was put on a plane and sent first to Ghana, a country where he had no ties. He was then sent to his home country, despite a determination by a U.S. immigration court judge that he could not be deported there due to likely persecution. cbsn.ws/3Ude66r

Here’s what 60 minutes left on the cutting room floor, some of the most dangerous and violent criminals we’ve removed to third countries:
60 Minutes obtained the names of 63 people on a deportation flight from Texas to West Africa. Of the 19 people we reached who were sent to Ghana, 17 say Ghana then transported them against their will to their home countries — places U.S. immigration judges had ruled they should not be returned to.
A Department of Homeland Security lawyer told 60 Minutes he was not aware of cases in which Ghana had sent deportees home against their will. He also said he believes third-country removals have prevented crimes and made Americans safer. cbsn.ws/4yNhS4B

Yesterday, the @HSTaskForce apprehended Jennifer Gonzalez, the alleged mastermind behind a marriage fraud scheme that grossed at least $6 MILLION over ten years.
Gonzalez allegedly arranged at least 18 sham marriages for illegals seeking U.S. citizenship, as well as committing SNAP, housing, and unemployment fraud – then using her pillaged profits to invest in the Dominican Republic.
We will not stand by while fraudsters take advantage of programs meant for citizens in need; the days of looking the other way are over.

SNAP scammers are cynical crooks who looked at a program for hungry children and saw a payday – we’re coming for every single one of them.
The @HSTaskForce alongside @WHFraudTF are fighting and winning the war against fraud. To all the Americans who need these programs: we’ve got your back. You are why we’re doing this.
Vice President JD Vance:
“We have way too much fraud in the SNAP program… we find that there are people out there who decide to commit fraud against these programs. Who quite literally in this case, will steal from the mouths of hungry children in order to enrich themselves. And that cannot go on and thanks to President Trump’s leadership, we are fighting and winning the war against fraud in the SNAP program.”
