Neil Bush, George W. Bush’s brother and a lifelong Republican, voted for James Talarico. He says character matters more than party, and warns of a culture that puts loyalty to an individual over principle. Texas early voting ends Friday.

Democrats caught up on digital ad spending years ago, now outspending Republicans online roughly two to one. The problem was never the budget. It’s that most of those digital dollars are still being spent like it’s a TV campaign.

Texas is a majority people-of-color state run by Republicans for 30 years. What happens when the people who usually sit out a midterm decide to show up? Texas is about to find out.

Trump’s team told Politico to retract three Wiles stories or face “consequences.” The communications director’s take: Politico is a “foreign-op” because its owner is German. Deadline hit last Thursday.

Some Tennessee and Texas voters report touchscreens highlighting the R candidate when voting for D. Officials blame touch sensitivity, and voters caught it. Check your screen, the review page, and the printed ballot if your machine prints one.

Ten years ago, a state rep tried to cut health care for seniors like Juliana Stratton’s mother. She ran against him and took his seat. Now Republicans are doing it nationwide. Bad idea. Vote Lt. Gov. Juliana Stratton for Senate — IL.

Yes, I spoke out about the voting machine I cast my vote on the first day of early voting in Tennessee. Yes, the button kept flipping up to the wrong candidate three times. Yes, I called on a very nice poll worker who stood there until it worked on the third try.

Whoa. The U.S. added 90% fewer jobs in 2025 than originally reported. That’s not a rounding error. That’s a massive difference between the economy Americans were told we had and the one we actually had.
When first reported, 2025’s jobs reports added up to 1.2 million new jobs. After revisions, the economy added just 116,000 — 90% less.

Neither nominee in Georgia’s 1st has ever held office. One has a famous last name, Trump’s endorsement and the bigger bank account. The other has spent years organizing in this district. A last name gets you on the ballot. It isn’t a résumé. VOTE Amanda Hollowell (GA01) Nov. 3.
