Thank you so much to the team at @WhitefieldPS for another inspirational school visit. Much for us to take back to Guernsey and reflect on. Digital learning, ethos and inclusion all key learning today.

Great to host tonight’s show for @YLvsCancer at St Pierre Park this evening. Di Piper our BBC Make A Difference winner from 2023 is behind the event and gives all the money from her dance classes to charity and is an absolute fundraising force of nature.

Good morning twitter world. Taking a break from this nonsense that we call twitter and a constant expression of random thoughts or information overload. So, I’m on my holidays, take care all x

There is only one Terry Martel. He is irreplaceable as our site supervisor. On his last day of 29 years service, there may have appeared another 50 Terrys on site. Thank you Terry for amazing service to @HautesCapelles Happy Retirement !

A @hautescapelles royal roll call. So Joe looked like he had an amazing time with Tamsin his “royal guernsey goat” Barnaby was spotted talking to the king. Hmmm I wonder what this little group were up to ? They are all looking very smart and polished. Sssh it was a secret! 😉👑

So excited for Joe. At @HautesCapelles absolutely everyone knows his dedication and passion for farming and livestock. Who can blame him - how gorgeous is Tamsin? Good luck Joe and family, I can’t wait to hear all about it 👑
The Golden Guernsey is getting royal recognition 🐐 King Charles will grant the breed Royal title when he visits next week, meaning it will now be known as the Royal Golden Guernsey Goat 👑 Joe, 9, and his goat Tamsin will have the honour of meeting him at a special ceremony 😁

So 7 days Covid free, a visit to the doctor confirms that this weeks ailment is acute tonsillitis . 4 days of being very poorly and not being able to eat and struggling to drink, it was time for help. Antibiotics city again 😞 Can we start July again please 🙏 #sickofbeingsick

A new bloom and a very busy flower. The bees are certainly loving these poppies. As soon as there is a new bloom in the morning they are almost falling over each other to get in there.

Thank you so much to Lucy @Headteacherchat for the gift of my headteacher planner. (Which I can’t imagine ever being without!) Such a thoughtful gift warming my soul particularly as I am currently attempting to work from home with covid. Loving the new details this year too 😍
