Objectively: I have seen this called a penalty for less in an era where NASCAR says it's about intent.
I am not taking anything away from the drive by the 5 but I certainly think it's a fair question that series officials explain frame-by-frame why it's not a penalty.

Two things from NASCAR:
1. They looked at the SMT data and Stenhouse, Byron and Custer were all wide open from Turn 3 to the end of the race (none of them lifted to let Larson win, in other words)
2. They say Larson's left-side tires were on the yellow line but never below the yellow line. So they reviewed that and say it's legal.

I'm very curious how the No. 47 team handles this late restart. As @DanielleTrotta mentioned before the race, Chevy reportedly told these drivers to help Larson.

NEWS: Today's NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series race at @CLTMotorSpdwy has been postponed due to weather.
The race will be held on Sunday at 8 p.m. ET following the NASCAR Cup Series race on @TheCW_Sports.
I've only seen highlights so maybe I missed something, but huge props to Oscar for keeping as seemingly calm over the radio as he did.

As much as I like Forza Horizon, Xbox' handling of Forza Motorsport is quite simply disappointing.
The Anniversary Update in May last year brought the game back on track with great content, the core gameplay is the best in the series. The game deserved on-going content and features support as your brand’s prestige track racing game.
The series needs to have a future.
