I use the 4H FVG as my point of interest, then drop to the 15M timeframe to wait for confirmation before considering an entry during the London session.
My rule is simple: No confirmation, no entry.
If my setup doesn't form, I don't trade. No chasing price, no forcing entries, and no entering just because I don't want to miss a move.
I'm learning that protecting my capital and sticking to my rules matter more than being in the market every day.
