No, it isn’t.
If you go to bed on election night and don't know who won a midterm congressional race, that's normal. And if you wake up the next morning and find that a candidate who was behind hours earlier has since pulled ahead, that's normal, too. (via @PolitiFact) to.pbs.org/4zqnWBa
In 2001, Jim Chanos shorted Enron before it collapsed. He says the AI bubble is worse than dot-com.
The entire dot-com infrastructure buildout, telecom and fiber combined, totaled $100 billion over five years. Today, individual companies raise more than that in a single week.
SpaceX just filed a $75 billion IPO and followed with $25 billion in debt the same week. Google raised $85 billion.
The return on every dollar the hyperscalers spend is falling. 40% last year. 20% today. Chanos says it is heading to 10%.
"we could earn that on treasuries."
Chips they bought from Nvidia are sitting in warehouses, not plugged in, not depreciating. The accountants let it hide on the balance sheet as "construction in progress."
"in bull markets you put a premium on promises. in bear markets you put a discount on reality. we are clearly in the former right now."
Do you believe Chanos, or do you believe the market?

Dear Minnesota, there is a reason why Tim Walz is not running for re-election.
You have a chance to vote for a different Minnesota. DO IT.
Even Nancy Pelosi can't defend this.
On Donny Deutsch's podcast, Pelosi first said she doesn't "know of anybody there on our side who is engaged in antisemitism."
Then Deutsch named NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani and Michigan Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed.
Pelosi: "No, it's more than concerning. It's wrong. It's wrong."
Then her spokesman said she still supports El-Sayed's candidacy.
It's wrong, but vote for him anyway? That's today's Democratic Party.

I am a lifelong, loyal Democratic voter. I served President Clinton on the National Security Council, Madeleine Albright at the State Department, and Joe Biden in the U.S. Senate.
I desperately want Democrats to win majorities in the House and Senate, but not at any cost. That’s why I’m calling on my fellow Democrats to support patriotic Democratic Senate candidates across the country while opposing Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan. In my judgment, his words and actions make him unfit for the United States Senate.
We rightly condemned Republicans who failed to stand against the January 6 insurrectionists. We must hold ourselves to the same standard and reject toxic candidates who put our democracy and national interests at risk. Putting country first means upholding our principles even when the candidate we must oppose is one of our own.

BREAKING: 🇵🇱 Coup d'état underway in Poland
Coup d'état underway in Poland after EU-aligned Prime Minister Donald Tusk sent police forces to the Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw right after President Nawrocki left for Senegal for a diplomatic visit.
Nawrocki is currently headed back to Poland.
The President of the Polish Constitutional Tribunal in Warsaw, Bogdan Swieczkowski, was suspended and possibly arrested. He is a known support of President Nawrocki.
Several right-wing Polish MPs and their supports are reportedly on their way to the Constitutional Tribunal to defend the institution from being taken over by Donald Tusk.
Warsaw's police forces are preventing the President of the Constitutional Tribunal Bogdan Święczkowski, members of the Sejm and protesters from entering the Constitutional Court.
