Happy 8th anniversary to my favorite game of all time: Red Dead Redemption 2
This game means the world to me, its the start of everything I did on social media, pretty much the start of Synth Potato, it represents everything that I adore about gaming in a single game. Deep immersion, a story that has left a permanent mark on me and fantastic gameplay. Red Dead 2's world is etched into my brain as gaming's greatest open world, filled with things to do and interact with. Helmed by a protagonist that I'll never get over, Arthur Morgan.
I'll always be grateful to this game for being the reason I've made so many friends and connections, it'll forever be tied to my identity at my core. I am sure GTA 6 will be a better game, but RDR2 will always have a place in my heart as the masterpiece that changed my life ❤️
Enjoy this screenshot that I took many years ago, by far my favorite screenshot.
