5/ Before posting your next piece, ask yourself: Would a potential client understand why this work matters? Or would only another designer appreciate it?

4/ Good design matters, of course. But the goal isn’t just to get approval from other designers. The goal is to make work that speaks to the audience and solves a real problem for the client.

3/ Clients are usually thinking: Will this help my brand? Will this get attention? Will this make people trust me? Will this help me sell?

2/ The problem is: Most clients don’t see design the way designers do. They’re not thinking about tiny details, trends, or how “clean” something looks.
