Afternoon everyone 🙂 This particular Wip Wednesday is now complete and there are only four days left on the Modular Arabic Shrine Kickstarter. Still plenty of time though to get the lower pledge and some add-ons 👍

Three pledge levels and plenty of add ons that you can add to your order once you've pledged.
Plenty of different settings that it can be used in, including fantasy and sci-fi

To reach our funding goal of £500, we're offering three options:
• Simple Shrine for £25
• Enclosed Shrine for £40
• Extended Shrine for £55 (only 15 available total!)
Plus, every item in our KS can be bought piecemeal as an add-on, but only after selecting a pledge option.

OSHIRO Model Terrain is doing a Kickstarter for a shrine like the one featured in @Handglabprod's Lion Rampant scenarios! While the scenario is set in the 11th century, it's a great model for later historical periods, too -- or SF or fantasy!

If you were an established game designer, with plenty of time to work on a game and a guarantee it would be published, what would your "magnum opus" be?
In other words, what would be your ultimate design, if you didn't have to cater to market pressures?

Yes! I thought of this exact idea in my youth - a skirmish game based on The Last Samurai. I used rules from Lord of the Rongs SBG by Games Workshop.

Did you know that The Last Samurai Rebellion from @Handglabprod is in the January sale at @NorthStarFigs? You can learn all about a lesser-known conflict in 19th-century Japan and save money, too!

I don't just make RPG stuff, y'know. I also co-wrote a book about #wargaming in the 11th-century Mediterranean. It's focused on the exploits of then-future-king-of-Norway Harald Sigurdsson, better known as Harald Hardrada, and it's a supplement for the excellent Lion Rampant.
