81 hours have now passed since we lost our service, and the resulting disruption and stress has blighted our family’s enjoyment of the Easter weekend. We’re not asking for a discussion, or an Easter miracle, merely the restoration of a service for which we have paid handsomely

We are a vulnerable household with health issues. We live in a cellphone ‘non-spot’ and had to give up our landline. As Vodafone were informed when we began our broadband contract last year, we are totally reliant on broadband for internet and phone access to emergency
Vodafone botched a technical upgrade, and we lost our internet and phones. In the three days plus since, all their Customer Services has achieved has been to issue us with a Complaint Reference Number !
Shame on you @vodafone for neglecting our vulnerable neighbours. And to think I recommended you to them!
