Changing vehicle ownership in Zimbabwe follows a clear 4-stage process.
1. Police Clearance (ZRP Vehicle Inspection)

Original Vehicle Registration Book (Logbook)
ZIMRA Duty Clearance Proof
National ID Copies (buyer and seller)
Old Number Plates (if replacing plates; if keeping existing plates, you only pay a nominal transfer fee)
Payment for CVR processing / new logbook fee

We were engaged to be an EPC contractors (Design and build contractor) again in Rainham Park.
The Diaspora client from the United Kingdom approached us and request us to provide all services so as to avoid delays & single point of contact.
Stage 1 - Design and approval
a. She requested a design quote, we gave her
b. She paid deposit and provide site plan & her brief
c. We designed a draft, presented to her & prepared a final layout
d. Geotechnical survey was done
e. Engineering drawings were done
f. We submitted to Zvimba RDC for approval. It took 3 working weeks.
Stage 2 - costing and budgeting
a. We prepared a detailed quote amounting to $70k. See attached.
Stage 3- Construction
a. We are currently mobilizing
b. In 2.5 months, we will be roofing it
