I’m hearing from U.S. archaeological and historic preservation experts who have asked if I can share some info about the threat to efforts to enforce federal rules that help make sure we don’t destroy important sites and structures. This is a good primer: heathercoxrichardson.substac…

Hey @Uber_Support …when you told me a “specialist” would get back to me “in 6 to 12 hours” I thought you meant earth time.🤬 …and you should know that a little research on the internet seems to suggest I’ve really just been blown off. Why treat your users like this?

I think THIS show is what you might want (and if you like it, there’s an “extra” show that goes with it). Our “Twilight of the Aesir” series picked up where “Thor’s Angels” left off. dancarlin.com/product/hardco…

The Merovingian dynasty leading into Charlemagne and the Carolingian dynasty would be incredible. Gregory of Tours has one of the best sources to come out of the Dark Ages. The 570-613 civil war has an ensemble of characters that would make Hollywood blush

An American Peril sequel is a great idea.

That would be great. As we sleepwalk ever closer to WW3, we could really use some insight into how we got to this point. Your American Peril episode could use a sequel.

Well, thanks. It’s a totally unbalanced story-lots of context then almost uninterrupted warfare.I’m hoping when the series is taken in total it’ll seem more balanced(other stories have similar issues…any of the Crusades for example. It forces me to be inventive in the narrative!)

Worth waiting for. Best of this series so far in my opinion. It’s highly appreciated - thanks a lot.

If you look at the most recent shows, we have the two Viking shows then right into Alexander. The issue here is the lack of sources (eyewitness accounts especially, etc) in these earlier eras makes the narrative challenge much tougher. I think I’m ready for more recent stuff!😂

For those wondering what happened to the show notes/reading lists for HH shows on our website, it was affected by a recent website software update. We are working hard right now to get it all back up and running. Sorry for the inconvenience.

If you guys don’t mind hearing me discuss current events, I had a great conversation with the folk over at “Big Think”. If you’d like to hear it, here it is. youtube.com/watch?v=nXzrmkFj…

Live testing your theory Marcos! (Not) New CS show available now. Recorded back on April 7th. We're calling it "The Water in Which We Swim" "Half the quality in twice the time" is our new motto! 😂 dts.podtrac.com/redirect.mp3…

Honesly, I think most of your fans will agree that we want those CS episodes even if they don't make too much sense to you. Have you seen the current media landscape? ANYTHING you put out, even if you reiterate topics discussed elsewhere, would be a breath of fresh air to us! 🙏
