The Rubber Duck Race is back! 🦆 Raising funds for @cosmiccharity, a charity which supports the children and neonatal intensive care units at St Mary’s & Queen Charlotte’s Hospital. The event saw up to 3000 ducks released into the canal, having to bob 100 metres to the finish line with all ducks being sponsored. The money raised for Cosmic will continue to support the NHS in various ways from purchasing vital equipment to providing training for health professionals and more. #GoodHealthAndWellbeing #UNSDG3

Zac was diagnosed with Epilepsy in January 2020, and has since made it his mission to increase awareness and raise funds for charity @youngepilepsy. The charity has supported Zac and his family when they learnt of his diagnosis, offering guidance on what was to come. Young Epilepsy are a safe space where children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities can learn. Starting on the 1st January 2024, Zac has run a mile every day on behalf of each of the 172 students, each day wearing the name of a child to support the struggles they have to go through. #SDG3 #GoodHealthAndWellBeing

Embarking on their charity tour, AJ & @CurtisPritchard , joined by Calvin & Sophie from @tsa_charity , saddled up for a day of horse riding, mixing fun with learning about the rare disease charity, with some of the squad showing off their riding skills while others were total beginners. With a focus on raising awareness, funding research, and providing resources, Timothy Syndrome Alliance has made huge impacts to people and families affected by CACNA1C-related disorders, including Timothy Syndrome and LongQT8, a rare genetic disorder characterised by heart problems, developmental delays, and other medical challenges. Henry Moores' epic journey from Manchester to Ibiza is well under way! We joined him as he wrapped up his UK leg into Portsmouth, alongside Speedo Man Walks. Feel the passion and determination driving Henry's strides while he raises money for the @TonyHudgell_fdn. Henry is in good spirits as he ends the second week of his walk with lots of laughs along the way, even stopping for a quick call with Sally Orange MBE, an endurance runner, adventure athlete & long time supporter of Tony. Having endured life-changing injuries at only six weeks old, Tony continues to battle with several health conditions which require ongoing treatment. Tony's set up his own Foundations to support children who are in the same situation Tony found himself in at such a tender age.
