11 PM: tell every one that another aircraft is not available and the crew has no answers for the passengers about new time, cancellations, refund etc
In middle of this multiple passengers missed their connecting flights domestic and international. @airindia
One of them has medical concerns and is in pain of recovery from a surgery. Stitches are paining from waiting for more then 8 hrs on the airport. @airindia once we have more time we will make a case against you for this harassment.
@delhivery @help_delhivery Promised a delivery in 3 days and it has been 22 days without it. Also not providing support & setting wrong expectations. This situation is traumatising and causing stress for the safety of my shipment. AWB: 2829212516695. Pathetic support & service.
