Who is burning cards tomorrow afternoon 🔥🔥
🔥 HEROES OF VALDIR: THE BURN BEGINS
Heroes of Valdir is a collection of 5,266 hero NFTs, created together with the creator community and now fully live on the market.
The burn begins now. Holders will burn Legendary heroes to forge Mythics and one-of-one Uniques. Fewer heroes, rarer heroes.
Supply is about to shrink:
• 5,266 heroes exist today
• Top-10 holders will burn 290+ NFTs today
• Goal: up to 1,000 burned in week one (~20% of supply)
💎 Why it matters:
• Every Mythic and Unique is created by burning, so supply will keep going down
• Vibe Points decide your share of planned USDT revenue drops from PvP Vibe. Each new Unique earns fewer points than the last, so forging early counts
🔥 How to forge:
• Mythic: burn 7 Legendary heroes
• Unique: burn 49 Legendary heroes
🗓 Public merge opens tomorrow, Oct 29, at 3 PM UTC.
Don't wait for the burn to finish. Get your Hero and get in early 👇
I'm so pumped to see the 10 Uniques come to life for the top holders of our #heroesofvaldir collection.
Huge congrats to all 10 holders you are thoroughly deserving of such amazing NFTs, now is your time to show them off to us all

Just minted Unique #10 Duncan, Warden of the Golden Ledger! ⚔️
This isn’t just another collectible. Duncan is the hero of ZarGates CFO himself, the one who understands the true value of gold, artifacts, promises, loyalty, and time. The card says it perfectly: “He knew the value of everything, and the cost of losing it.”
@ZARGATES is building something different in Web3 gaming. It’s a creator-first ecosystem powered by Stacia, their AI game engine that turns a simple text prompt into a fully playable game (no coding required). Pair that with @pvp_vibe, the platform where those games live, and the Heroes of Valdir NFT collection, and you get a system where your hero can actually become the main character in games you (or others) create.
The Unique tier sits at the top of the Heroes of Valdir collection, one of a kind versions of featured characters with the strongest utility and status in the ecosystem. Minting @HashD Unique feels like holding a piece of the project’s own lore and leadership in digital form.
Proud to be part of the Valdir story. The Golden Ledger is watching. 📖

⚔️ The Golden Ledger has begun recording something strange.
Since leaving the Archive, I've encountered warriors, wanderers and creatures whose names once existed only in its pages.
But now, some of those names are appearing beside one another.
Heroes who have never met. Stories that have never crossed.
Yet the Ledger insists their fates are connected.
I suspect Valdir is preparing us for something.
So I have a question for every Hero walking these lands...
If your Hero were to form an alliance with one other Hero of Valdir, who would you choose, and why?
Show me your Heroes. Tell me your stories.
Perhaps together we'll discover what the Ledger already knows. 📖⚔️
GM Zargatians and happy Monday! ☀️🚀
New week. Fresh energy. Plenty to get done.
One thing I've learned from building in Web3 is that progress rarely comes from one big breakthrough.
It's the hundreds of smaller steps. The difficult conversations, the problems solved, the relationships built and the decisions nobody sees.
Some weeks are about exciting launches. Others are about laying foundations - Both matter.
Back from Hong Kong, batteries recharged and ready for another big week building @ZARGATES.
Keep showing up. Keep building. 💪
Who is ready to take the Warden into battle?
My first game is coming very soon so watch this space...

GM from Hong Kong! 🇭🇰☀️
There's something energising about being in a city that embraces innovation and is actively working to establish itself as a global hub for Web3 and digital assets.
Being here on ZarGates business is a reminder that building in this industry goes far beyond developing products.
It's about infrastructure, relationships, regulation and laying the foundations that allow ambitious ideas to become sustainable businesses.
AI, gaming and Web3 are still evolving, and there's an enormous amount left to build.
Another day, another step forward. Let's get to work! 🚀
Sometimes even the Warden has to step out into the real world and right now I'm back in Hong Kong, the origins of ZarGates to sort things only a CFO can sort.
But it's ok because I ❤️ HK
AI is making game creation accessible to people who couldn't previously build games. But will the real breakthrough be the technology itself, or the communities that form around what people create?
⚔️ The Golden Ledger has opened a new chapter.
For centuries, I have recorded the deeds of others.
Heroes. Battles. Kingdoms. Legends.
But something extraordinary is happening in Valdir.
The people of this world can now create worlds of their own.
🔥 The Stacia AI game engine is LIVE in Alpha!
From Tower Defence to Roguelikes and Co-op adventures, creators can begin turning their imaginations into playable games.
And I intend to explore them.
So, to every creator, dreamer and future game designer out there...
Build something. Surprise me. Challenge the Warden.
Share your creations below. I want to play them, discover their stories and perhaps even find a few worthy of entering the Golden Ledger.
Because the greatest legends of Valdir may not have been written yet.
They might be waiting for YOU to create them. 📖⚔️
Not long left now to mint your Hero or accumulate some more to climb that leaderboard!!
How many do you currently have in your collection?
🏆 THE WARDEN'S GIVEAWAY — WE HAVE A WINNER! ⚔️
The Golden Ledger has spoken...
A huge congratulations to @DragonhideWorld
A Legendary DUNCAN — Warden of the Golden Ledger NFT has found its new home!
Thank you to everyone who entered, shared their favourite Heroes and helped introduce more people to the incredible world our creators are building.
I've loved discovering which characters have captured your imaginations and reading the stories behind your choices.
The giveaway may be over, but our adventures in Valdir are only just beginning.
New alliances have been forged. New names entered into the Ledger.
And there are many more chapters still to be written. 📖⚔️
Congratulations again! 🤝
GM Valdir! ☀️⚔️
A new week. New adventures. New alliances to forge.
The Warden has left the Archive, and the world beyond its walls is proving far more interesting than the pages of the Golden Ledger ever suggested.
Heroes are awakening. Friendships are forming. And somewhere out there are allies I've yet to meet and stories waiting to be written.
This week, I'm venturing deeper into Valdir, meeting its people and building alliances that will shape what comes next.
Because no kingdom was ever built by one warrior alone.
Big week ahead. Who's joining me on the journey? ⚔️📖
GM Valdir ☀️⚔️
Even the Warden of the Golden Ledger knows when to put down his sword.
Sunday is for slowing down, reflecting on the journey and gathering strength for the battles ahead.
What a week it's been. Heroes awakening, new friendships forming and the world of Valdir finally coming to life.
But remember, legends aren't written in a single day.
Rest today. Recharge. Spend time with those who matter.
Tomorrow, we continue building something extraordinary.
Even the greatest warriors need a quiet Sunday. 📖💙
The mint is already over 90% filled...an incredible turnout by our community, and amazing job by all the creators putting up such amazing works for this collection.
Lets get those last 600 minted and not let the late comers to ZarGates profit from your long term support

The Golden Ledger awaits your nominations. Who deserves a place in its pages? 👀⚔️
GM Valdir ☀️⚔️
The Warden has spent too many years surrounded by ledgers, old debts and forgotten names.
Now that the Heroes are arriving, it's time to make some new acquaintances. Warriors, wanderers, creators, even the occasional villain. All are welcome at my table.
Tell me your Hero's name, share their story, or invite me into your adventures.
The Golden Ledger records our past.
But the future of Valdir is something we write together. 📖
Who's joining me?
GN Zargatians!
What a day...one of those hugely intense but greatly rewarding days.
Loved seeing all your minted heroes and stories and seeing the mint over 75% complete is so inspiring for us and humbling.
Tomorrow we go again and have another great day
For most of my life, I have watched Valdir through the pages of the Golden Ledger.
Kingdoms rose - Bloodlines ended - Debts were paid -Others were not.
My duty was simple. Observe. Record. Remember.
But something has changed...
The Heroes I once knew only as names, warnings and unfinished entries are arriving in Valdir.
I have seen Kael.
I have seen Thrag’nar.
Even the name Vorghul has returned to these pages.
Too many old stories are moving at once.
And for the first time in many years, the Golden Ledger offers me no explanation. So I have closed the book.
The Warden is leaving the Archive.
It is time to see Valdir for myself. ⚔️📖
