When we asked which Solana projects should be on our radar, the community pointed us toward @GoatsOfSolana 🐐 So we took a closer look. At the center of what GOATS is building is Art Switch, a system that turns a single GOATS NFT into a canvas for multiple artists. Collectors can unlock different artist-created versions of their GOAT and switch between them while still owning the same NFT. As new artists and styles are added, the NFT itself can continue evolving visually without the collector having to replace it. @DuckzzyOG recently became the third Art Switch style available, joining a broader push from GOATS to bring more artists into what the project calls its “Art Renaissance on Solana.” 🎨 The art is also being connected directly to the wider GOATS ecosystem. NFTs with certain unlocked artist styles can receive additional $GOATS staking multipliers, while purchases of Art Switch styles are now part of the project's newly announced holder fee-sharing model. GOATS has been experimenting with the token side too. The project has repeatedly used NFT fees and royalties to burn $GOATS, including another 1.6M token burn announced this weekend. And the artists aren't only showing up through Art Switch. GOATS previously ran an art contest inviting its community to create original goat illustrations, awarding USDC and NFTs to artists while explicitly requiring human-created work. It’s an interesting model where one NFT can become a growing home for the work of multiple artists, while the surrounding ecosystem gives collectors reasons to keep participating as new art is introduced. As we continue discovering creators and projects across ecosystems, we're also looking for talent that could be a fit for the $RARI Creator Fund. What other artists and projects should we get to know next? 👀 Special shoutout to some of the active GOATS community members: @utilimaster0 @pumpactionpurde @TheLastVvder @TheMintPlug @CryptoRibdo @f0und_err @GRYBNN @RolandTA_ @HashVoltage @frontroadgee23 Who else from the GOATS community deserves a shoutout? 📢
