The question isn’t whether the Armenian government will hand this criminal over back to the Azeris, even after prosecuting him and sentencing him, they definitely will. The question is, for how many Armenian PoWs currently being held in Azerbaijan will this criminal be traded for.

This is shocking and disappointing. El-Sayed is a very dangerous candidate who supports the Muslim Brotherhood- a group that has terrorized Christians in the Middle East for decades. All Middle East Christian diaspora in Michigan stand against him. @ANCA_DC is disappointing its members with this embarrassing Muslim Brotherhood endorsement that the majority of Armenian-Americans in Michigan reject.

I see people on Azerbaijani social media speculating that Armenians will be released in exchange for the Azerbaijani soldier crossed over to Armenia. They even claim it was a planned one, to make it an excuse...

An attack on the life and security of an Armenian citizen must have legal consequences. Today, an Azerbaijani serviceman who illegally crossed Armenia’s state border shot an Armenian woman in the leg in Syunik’s Shaki village. He has been detained and criminal proceedings launched. Armenia must not repeat the 2019 and 2023 precedents of returning Azerbaijani perpetrators to Baku on “humanitarian” grounds. If found guilty, the perpetrator must face the full punishment prescribed by law.

Armenians aren’t anti-American. Israel receives billions in U.S. military aid, and Israeli arms sales helped Azerbaijan’s cleansing of Nagorno-Karabakh. If you care about America, question the lobby defending that policy, not Armenians speaking up for their people.
