New story from @AllAgAllDay : high freight costs are making hay harder to move between regions, and drought makes it worse. Hay is bulky and low value per pound, so freight can erase the price advantage. Free weekly hay prices at haywireag.com

I’ve seen so many farming AI companies pitch ranchers the same thing. A genius advisor that tells you what to do.
Ranchers don’t want it. They’ve been reading their land for 30 years. They don’t need a chatbot second-guessing them.
What they kept telling me and @ColeGlasgoww is they wanted something boring. Something that pulls every reported and missing hay price onto one screen.
So we built it. @HayWireag
