I’m done with people pretending to have mutual respect for me for them to immediately turn the second there is opportunity for engagement at my expense. I don’t like to whinge publicly about the abuse I receive here, because when I give oxygen to it, it tends to get a lot worse - but it has been an astonishing amount both publicly and privately over the years that has multiple times spilled out into the irl as actual danger.
If you’re facilitating that through inflammatory and incorrect bait posts, you’re part of the problem and I’m disheartened at the amount of bullshit people building anything at all have to face here. There is room for honest and respectful criticism and debate, but there is a painful double standard and most of you won’t acknowledge that because you’re either benefiting from it or you’re too scared to call out anyone other than a woman.
If you have an issue with me, speak to me. I’m not going to talk about this anymore because I’ve already given it too much attention and I’m busy BUILDING FUN AND COOL THINGS.
