Huge congratulations to the boys football team who took part in the Utilita EFL kids cup final, where they represented Forest Green Rovers. They played with great team spirit and we are very proud of them. ⚽️ 🎉🤩
We are now looking forward to our next tournament on 2nd April 😃
All the children enjoyed taking part in the Flat Stan First Aid training yesterday. They learnt various first aid techniques and practiced CPR. ⛑
The children have all enjoyed taking part in a swimming gala run by Chris Sugden from ‘Penathlon Challenge’.
We all had a fantastic day and it was great to see the children taking part in competitive activities and supporting each other. Well done everyone!
📚 World book day 📚
This year we all took part in activities based on the book ‘The day the crayons quit’
We also enjoyed sharing books with our friends whilst enjoying a cup of hot chocolate. 😊 📚
“The more that you read, the more things you will know. The more that you learn, the more places you’ll go.” Dr. Seuss
The children are enjoying spending time in our newly decorated library. We have also restocked with hundreds of new books for the children to enjoy!
A big thank you to Bluebell Hot Air Balloons for bringing a balloon to school today. The children absolutely loved having a look inside it, and KS1 even enjoyed having a go in the tethered basket!
