Update. Was given an extension until Feb 11 and may have a dear friend helping out. Had 50K bank draft but lender lawyer wants it changed to his Corp name in trust. Not sure yet if I can get that done their way. It’s complicated for such a stressful and straightforward payment. Still awaiting film funds. 2.5K help still appreciated and if all this can be pulled off, it’s a miracle.
