Too many people have suffered we as the families and our loved ones behind those walls.
Why won’t New York City & New York State end the torture of solitary confinement? @NYCMayor promised to end solitary in June, but continues to delay. The state Senate & Assembly have the votes to pass #HALTsolitary but haven’t brought it to a vote. indypendent.org/2020/10/tort…

We really couldnt go much this past year so it was singing to each other on the phone. I filed prea complaint and called the prison few days later. They took all his visits and barred me from every prison in n.y. the lengths they went to bring kids in it.
Every year since he was 16 I never got to spend 1 Birthday with Maine. 17 turned 18,then 19 and 20 in solitary. All my kids paid a price. Nov 17 i want to be able bring my grandson to visit his uncle Maine-Maine on his 21st birthday.
This 6 month box time with No Visits At All is Cruel & INHUMANE for our son giving the history with his Solitary confinement and torture. LORD GIVE US STRENGTH AND KEEP HIM SAFE 😪😪🙏🙏🙏🙏 – at Auburn, NY

These actions are needed as of yesterday,20 yrs ago. We cannot allow another day another broken promise to end the injustice including abuse and torture of loved ones sum not even surviving the torture. Hold those accountable WRONG IS WRONG! Put policies into effect NOW!

We must hold accountable those who have been bad actors and develop good policy. Incarcerated people are humans and we must protect every person.

The failure to indict #BreonnaTaylor’s killers is not a symptom of a “broken system.”
It is the system working exactly as it is intended.
We must not blind ourselves to the root-causes of injustice.
For the people who thinks torture and INHUMANE treatment is ok its not. Please stop ASSUMING EVERYBODY IN PRISON IS GUILTY. CLEAN OFF YOUR OWN STOOP BEFORE SPEAKING ABOUT OTHERS. ESPECIALLY BUSINESS YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF 😉
