Never skip a low quality video
Low-quality videos are becoming rare on the timeline, and honestly, we miss the chaos. Let’s bring them back. If this reaches you, quote it with the blurriest, grainiest, most pixelated video sitting in your gallery.

Imagine graduating from university, only for your father to buy you a motorcycle and ask you to join his transport business. The day I graduated from the university was supposed to be the happiest day of my life. I had spent four years studying, sacrificing, and dreaming of the moment I would finally wear my graduation gown and make my father proud. My father was a commercial motorcyclist. Every morning, he left home before sunrise to transport passengers from one destination to another. Sometimes, he returned home exhausted, with barely enough money to feed us. But he never complained. Whenever I asked him why he worked so hard, he always gave me the same answer. Father: "My son, I don't want you to suffer the way I have suffered. I want you to become somebody in life." Those words pushed me through university, even when things became difficult. On my graduation day, I searched through the crowd for him. I finally spotted him standing near the university gate, wearing his old shirt and faded trousers. His face was covered in sweat, and his hands were rough from years of hard work. When he saw me in my graduation gown, his eyes filled with tears. Father: "My son! You did it! You have finally made your father proud!" I ran toward him and hugged him tightly. Me: "Daddy, I couldn't have done this without you. Everything I have achieved is because of you." He wiped his tears and smiled. Then he reached into his pocket and brought out a motorcycle key. I stared at it in confusion. Me: "Daddy, what's this?" He pointed toward a brand-new motorcycle parked a few meters away. Father: "It's yours, my son. I bought it for you as your graduation present." I couldn't believe my eyes. Me: "Daddy! You bought me a motorcycle?" Father: "Yes, my son. I have been saving little by little for months. I wanted to give you something special today." Tears rolled down my cheeks as I hugged him again.

Social Mining Is More Than Chasing Points One thing I’m learning from DAO Labs is that showing up consistently is only part of the journey. What really matters is the value you bring, the ideas you share, and the willingness to keep learning. Social Mining gives ordinary community members a chance to participate, contribute their perspectives, and build a reputation through their activity. But the real challenge is moving beyond simply completing tasks to becoming someone whose contributions people genuinely appreciate. That’s why originality matters. A thoughtful post, a useful insight, or a meaningful conversation can do more for a community than a timeline full of repetitive content. With #WhoTweets and #SocialMining, the opportunity is to make participation count by focusing on quality, consistency, and genuine engagement. I’m still learning, still contributing, and still open to correction. The goal isn't just to earn rewards today; it's to become a better contributor over time.

Been watching API markups quietly eat into every video gen budget. Sume just launched with 0% markup on the actual model prices + the same UI people already know. Feels overdue.
🤝 Paid partnership
As a builder in the AI video space, I was terrified about how much markup API providers charge for simply routing the models. Higgsfield API adds a 40% markup even with its maximum advertised discount. Fal adds 100%. Runway adds 414% (Seedance 2 480p) I might be hated by the industry, but :
Today, we’re launching Sume API, the first image & video model provider with 0% markup. For example with Seedance 2.5 1080p • 50% cheaper than fal • 50% cheaper than higgsfield api (29% even with biggest discount) • 28.02% cheaper than kie ai The routing infrastructure layer is never the moat. We believe that APIs should be commoditized, and the moats will be built at the application layer. Check the pricing comparisons below, and see how the broken industry is saved.

A quick Black Friday heads-up: save up to 60% on CapCut Pro and get 40% off Ultra through Oct 30, on Desktop only. For a Halloween beauty campaign, I’d go for a dark, cinematic product reveal: a lipstick emerging from the shadows, a flash of dramatic lighting, and a close-up that makes the packaging pop. But if something distracting slips into the shot, the whole illusion can fall apart. tinyurl.com/2v23rn22 #capcutpc #capcutblackfriday

My wife's boss started calling her at all hours of the day, and whenever I asked what was happening, she always gave me the same answer. Me: “Why is your boss calling you at 9 p.m.?” Wife: “It's office work. We have a lot to finish.” Me: “At this time of the night?” Wife: “Do you want me to lose my job? I'm trying to do well at work.” I let it go. But the calls continued. Sometimes, she would be in the bathroom talking quietly, and the moment I walked toward the door, she would lower her voice. One evening, I knocked. Me: “Honey, who are you talking to?” Wife: “Nobody. Just someone from work.” Me: “Then why are you whispering?” Wife: “Because you're standing outside the bathroom listening to my conversation!” She came out looking annoyed, and I apologized. A few days later, her phone rang while we were watching television. She glanced at the screen and immediately stood up. Me: “Your boss again?” Wife: “Yes. I need to take this.” Me: “Can't it wait until tomorrow?” Wife: “No, it can't.” She disappeared into the bathroom for almost twenty minutes. When she returned, I asked what the call was about. Wife: “A meeting we need to prepare for.” Me: “You people seem to have meetings every night.” Wife: “What's that supposed to mean?” Me: “Nothing. I'm just wondering why your work suddenly follows you everywhere.” She rolled her eyes and went to bed. Things got worse after that. She started coming home late, sometimes hours after her usual closing time. On other nights, she would return to the bedroom long after I had gone to sleep. Whenever I asked where she had been, she blamed work. One night, I finally confronted her. Me: “We've barely spent time together lately. You come home late, you hide in the bathroom to take calls, and you get angry whenever I ask questions. What's really going on?” Wife: “You're making a big deal out of nothing.” Me: “I'm your husband. I'm supposed to be able to ask you what's happening in your life.” Wife: “And I'm telling you it's work. Why can't you trust me?” I looked at her, wondering whether I was becoming unnecessarily suspicious. Then I decided to find out what was happening for myself.

One of the reasons I enjoy following @Barbera_1870 is that the posts are rarely just about a cup of coffee. They uncover the traditions, stories, and everyday moments that have shaped Italian coffee culture for generations. This latest look at Palermo's Vucciria market is a perfect example. Before the market reaches full energy, vendors pause for a standing espresso, then return to work. That simple ritual has survived for centuries, proving that #Coffee is not only about the drink but also about rhythm, routine, and community. What I find most fascinating is that what many people now consider "fast coffee" is actually rooted in history. Long before modern grab-and-go culture, Palermo had already perfected the idea of enjoying an espresso quickly without sacrificing quality or appreciation. @Barbera_1870 reminds us that tradition often inspires what we think is new. The biggest takeaway for my audience is to pay attention to the culture behind the cup. #ItalianCoffee is built on meaningful daily rituals, not rushing through life. Even a few seconds spent enjoying an espresso can become a moment to reset before the day begins. Posts like this make me appreciate that every Italian city has its own coffee story, and @Barbera_1870 continues to bring those stories to life in a way that connects history, people, and authentic coffee traditions. ☕
☕️ Secrets of Italy — #Palermo: Walk through the Vucciria market at dawn and you'll see it, vendors downing #Espresso standing, in seconds, before the shouting and selling begins. Fast #Coffee isn't modern. Palermo's markets have run on it for centuries. 🛒 🤎 🇮🇹
