Absolutely packed house at Chapel today for our very own Coach Ryder. His message was simple, but powerful: CHOOSE CONFIDENCE. Proud to have leaders on our campus who are willing to pour into our students beyond the weight room, field, court, or classroom. Ryder challenged our students to believe in who they are, trust the work they’ve put in, and have the courage to step forward with confidence. This is what makes UJ special. Leadership. Relationships. Impact. Great job, @RyderWeischedel. I am grateful to have been your teammate and colleague for all these years! 👊 #ChooseConfidence #JimmiePride #PeopleFirstJimmiesAlways A Bull is just a Bull.

Move-in Day hits a little differently this year. For the first time in a long time, I'm watching from a different lens. Instead of welcoming players as their head coach, I get the privilege of welcoming every student-athlete to the Jimmie family as Athletic Director. The mission hasn't changed. It's still about people. It's still about relationships. And it's still about helping young people become the best version of themselves. Welcome home, Jimmies. Let's make it a great year. #PeopleFirstJimmiesAlways #GoJimmies
