Together with collaboration partners in Bergen and Innsbruck, we have in recent years developed new stable isotope labelling approaches to analyse the dynamics of both metabolic and signalling processes:

A large collaborative effort identified the role of G3BP proteins for MTOR signalling. My group supported the approach though bioinformatic analysis and identified an evolutionary co-appearance of G3BP proteins with the TSC complex.

New Article now online: G3BPs tether the TSC complex to lysosomes and suppress mTORC1 signaling zpr.io/RPZ4d
We have released a preprint on isotopologue correction and its importance for proteomics approaches on BioRxiv: biorxiv.org/cgi/content/shor…
My group contributed phylogenetic analysis to the study on the role of G3BP1 in the absence of stress. Pre-print available at BioRxiv disq.us/t/3nxb0yy
