I've had an absolutely FABULOUS birthday this weekend but something has be done about outdoor dining and smoking. If I'm being forced to eat outside I shouldn't have to deal with someone chain smoking beside me. I've already had cancer once & outdoor dining is NOT a smoking area. – at Mayo, Ireland
