I’m beginning to think this was the big secret William was keeping which is why he panicked before the Oprah interview and leaked the bullshit bullying claims, then told Jason Knauf to testify against Meghan in the daily Mail trial. Not only did William know about the letter, so did the daily Mail. They both had a vested interest in taking Meghan down. Now it makes sense why William couldn’t eat for a week before the interview. I have been racking my brain for years trying to think what William could have done that was so bad that he was afraid Meghan would expose him. Now we may know. He either told, or knew, the Met police would destroy that letter and no investigation into Thomas would happen. He was probably scared of Meghan explaining the estrangement of her father in the context of this letter which would have opened Pandora’s box. It’s either this, or he made a sexual advance at Meghan but I really don’t think Harry would be able to let something like that go.
