Renee was part of a group that paid 7 to 10 million for the Dream, now it’s worth $280 million.
Respect! Gotta have a vision to make moves like this! Now let’s get more black women coaches and positions of power in a league that’s 70% black.
Debt like that terrifies me. Outside of a home, I’m of the mind if I can’t buy it cash, I’m not getting it. Even if I use credit, I need to know I have the cash to cover it.
Saw a post asking people their credit card balances to see if they could help. The numbers I saw in there, my God. Praying for folks in this economy.
This lil baby blessed my soul this morning in church. There was a lady hooting and hollering all service in his face and he just stared her down like lady what is happening? The baby had me so tickled. By the end of service he was passed out. Exhausted from watching her 😂
Ever had a season of life where you really did like yourself? Like circumstances had you all out of alignment?

A regulated nervous system still gets angry.
A regulated nervous system still feels fear.
A regulated nervous system still feels rage.
A regulated nervous system still gets sad.
A regulated nervous is a biological state of safety.
A regulated nervous system is NOT a flatline of endless “calm”. It is the capacity to experience the full, vibrant, & sometimes messy spectrum of human emotions without getting permanently stuck in them.
I hear y’all saying they stopped Angel but they didn’t. Angel didn’t come with the same intensity from the jump today. I watched her on the bench in starting lineups, in the huddle, she didn’t lead with her energy. That was the difference. If she’s not aggressive it’s a problem
