Seven is currently throwing up in the bathroom where @ithinkimadorbs works. If Jessica told on her to Dean he'd insist she stop working ... for the baby.
So far Monday's
Chaos includes: a cat up a tree, three different stab wounds of varying severity, and another death call.
You can find her asleep with her head on the breakroom table.
Jessica burst through the doors of the OR, mask held over her face by a hand.
The paramedic knew better than to enter a sterile room and so she spoke from the doorway.
"Doctor Winchester? I'm so sorry for intruding but ... it's Seven, there's been an accident. They're bringing
her in under a trauma code."
Then it happened

Jessica took off immediately.

Jessica, Seven's Mexican friend and ambulance partner had rushed to get Dean from the OR. It was a minor surgery, someone else could finish it.
"Doctor Winchester! It's Seven." She sounded horrified. Enough that would it make Dean freeze.

they were inside the ambulance Seven usually drove. Lights and sirens blared, panic breaths leaving her.
They arrived, first on scene. Jessica told Dean to prepare himself for what he may see as she got the stretcher and hurried to the grassy ditch where they could see one
