Hi all, if you knew me as @CommonDialog, welcome to my AI/tech tweets. Same drivel. Just more focused.
My thoughts on KU sports, the Chiefs, and dragons, werewolves and such are still live on my other account.

Hot take:
Vibe coding can only work for smaller projects or MVPs.
For enterprise applications, vibe coding won’t be enough.
Gemini from Google just chose to use Bing and Yahoo as its search engine.
Seriously, what is wrong with Gemini

Claude Opus 5.5 on Extra High reasoning had to write a memory that when I specify dev, it should go looking for data in prod.
Does mean it's more or less likely to unalive us all?
The junior developer problem is only a problem if you think the job is coding.
And if you think the job is coding, you don't understand the job.
If we're going to rename Artificial Intelligence, can we at least pick something that describes what the technology actually does?
The funny thing about renaming AI to Super Intelligence is that we haven't even agreed on what intelligence means yet.
One thing I genuinely wonder about the AI to SI rename: who wants this? I've yet to meet anyone who thought the biggest problem with AI was its name.
Somewhere there's a developer trying to get an AI agent to stop breaking a perfectly good unit test while the debate rages if it's actually Super Intelligence. Awesome.
I actually think Super Intelligence is a fascinating concept. It's the idea of intelligence that exceeds human capabilities. But calling today's AI superintelligent doesn't magically make it so.
I've hit my weekly Claude limit for the first time ever. I'm not sure what to do. @grok ??
Why did was the pick "super intelligence" when that's already a thing? Seems confusing.
Not all AI is SI. All SI is AI?
Is there a clear use case for agent swarms? They're burning a lot of tokens and don't seem much more self-sufficient than a single agent?
You know it's bad when @JimCantore is on site and @weatherchannel is going commercial free.
I am a little troubled. Coding is a skill and we shouldn't think less of anyone who says differently.
We should honor those who are good at it even if AI is making that skill less relevant.
