Today I celebrate 25yrs as a @RSPCA_official Inspector. 🎉 I couldn’t count how many animals I have saved & Rescued in that time but it’s been a privilege every single time. ☺️ 🙏🏾 #ProudMoment #HereForTheAnimals 🐶🐱🐰🐴🦆
Some of the animals I’ve helped have a brighter future.. It’s been a Dog, Cat & Chicken week. It’s always nice to know that you’ve improved the lives of both the Animals and their Humans 🐶🐱🐓@RSPCA_official 🙏🏾☺️
Dealt with these lovely dogs today who have come into @RSPCA_official care to help the owner out. Time for a bit of calm & cuddles before a chk up at the Vets & some much needed medication. 🐶🥰🙏🏾
Collected this cat today & took her for a vet chk.. she was really scared yesterday when I picked her up.. but today she’s a different cat … calm & affectionate. ☺️ Had a puppy cuddle whilst waiting my turn.. Great therapy for the mind & Soul. Cheered me up! 🥰 @RSPCA_official
Merry Christmas All. ☺️🎄Ive come out for a peaceful walk with Loki. Sometimes you just need some calm & quiet time & nothing helps more than walking my Pal. ❤️ Look at that stunning sky. 🙏🏾@RSPCA_official #DogsAreGoodForTheSoul #MentalHealthMatters
In my own words @Hanifkureishi a powerful & moving documentary… a reminder of the brilliant books & films of an incredibly talented writer… a real trip down memory lane for me… I remember watching My beautiful launderette with my Dad I was 11 😜 🙏🏾
Today is Murphy’s 10th Birthday. 🎉Happy Birthday to a little dog who fills my life with love & Joy. I’m so glad that I got to rescue you at 5 days old. There have been many days when you have rescued me right back. 🥰 Here’s to many more years together. @RSPCA_official 🙏🏾🐶🐾
What a lovely sight to see! Always the best part of the job releasing wildlife back to the wild. Good luck to all of them ☺️ and well done to @RSPCAStapeley two months of hard work has gone into this moment. 🙏🏾 @RSPCA_official
@RSPCA_official After a couple of months in care our last batch of gull chicks were returned to the wild. As you can see they were ready!! Good luck little ones ❤ @joynes85 @HerchyBoal
Today I met this beautiful Girl! Really living up to the ‘Naughty Tortie’ reputation! I’m trying to check her & all she wanted to do was play launching herself at me from the furniture & using my leg as a scratching toy! Love her attitude & her Sassy way. @RSPCA_official 😜☺️🐱
Just finished The Wrong Sister Wow what a Rollercoaster of a ride this was! I love nothing more than absorbing myself in a good book on holiday for some much needed escapism from the day job & this did not disappoint! Brilliant @Dougieclaire you’re a Genius! 🙏🏾📕

Recently I’ve had jobs where I’m assisting owners in letting their dogs go. Today was one of those days. 😞I’m always asked will you stay with them please? Yes Of course I will. I comfort them & tell them what a great dog they’ve been. Breaks my 💔 every time @RSPCA_official
I was called today by @stwater after 3 Duckings got stuck in the sewage tank. Sadly one had already died but we were able to Rescue the other two Thanks to @LeicsFireRescue for helping to get them out. Now recovering at the Vets @LFRSMelton #PartnershipWorking @RSPCA_official 🦆
After an overnight stay at Vets I was able to collect the beautiful Swan from Yesterday & Release her…she thanked me by Pooing all over me and Yes again I got soaked in a downpour! 💧Still nothing better than returning Wildlife back home. 🥰🙏🏾🦢 @RSPCA_official @RSPCAStapeley
Today’s Bank Holiday shift has consisted of Cats dogs and swans Always good to have a variety never a dull day. Been Dodging the rain today as well as nothing worse than driving in Wet trousers! 😂🐶🐱🦢@RSPCA_official
Visited a house today where the cat decided that my notepad was the comfiest place to sit 😜 so I decided to get some puppy cuddles in until Mr Cat gave me my pad back. Cats are so funny when you don’t give them the attention they demand! 😂 🥰🐱🐶@RSPCA_official
