WMH Day reminds us why good mental health is so important, & how we can prioritise it in our lives & communities. Also a moment to talk openly & listen to what others are experiencing. Conversations about mental health make a difference. #𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠
