Still nothing on the news about two rapists in your party ... in one week? Furiously pretending that Reform UK doesn't have a severe criminal problem.
This week I revealed our Shadow Armed Forces Minister, former RAF Wing Commander Angus MacIntyre. I can think of no-one better to start the hard work of fixing Britain’s broken defences, and to show how we intend to do politics differently.

Then the scary question: Was this a one-off? Or have other injunctions been granted, supposedly to prevent harassment, but actually silencing people - even in private conversations with friends, family and the police? I don't know if there's any way to find out.

The vote for Brexit was advisory. The 2017 notification of withdrawal act also didn’t decide to leave the EU. The PM decided when she sent the letter of notification. The Supreme Court said Parliament had to authorise Article 50 because leaving would change domestic law and remove rights. Parliament passed a one-line Act empowering the PM to notify, but did that amount to the constitutionally valid decision to withdraw required by Article 50(1)? This is an unresolved question: without a valid decision, the withdrawal process should be contestable as unlawful.

Of course he did. Palantir hired Tom Watson to schmooze his old pals. And he did. There is no world in which Palantir helps boost "the UK's tech sovereignty". We need to know exactly how @YvetteCooperMP made this decision, based on what evidence & what data?
Palantir’s Tom Watson, ex-Labour MP, wrote to Yvette Cooper last month saying the controversial US company could help boost the UK’s tech sovereignty, letters show. Weeks later, sources say the UK is extending its NHS contract for two more years bit.ly/4zrbMYF

While “You can easily adopt a new language without changing your genes”... you might have to mind your language if they are rather too tight! @DoctorRobin @ChrissieGrech

Imagine telling our children they can live, love, study and work anywhere in Europe. Their horizons open again. Their dreams no longer stop at the English Channel. That's a future we can choose to give them.

CAN COUNCILS PASS THE BUCK ON SEWAGE POLLUTION? 💩 Local rowers and residents have raised serious concerns about sewage pollution in the River Thames, backed by water quality testing and pollution evidence. But getting their concerns properly investigated has been far from straightforward. Now, River Action is backing a legal challenge launched by local residents calling on Richmond Council to fulfil its legal duties and properly investigate these complaints. Through our Make A Nuisance campaign, we're helping communities use existing environmental law to demand answers and accountability. ⚖️🩵 Our argument is simple: Councils have a legal duty to investigate statutory nuisance complaints. They cannot simply pass responsibility elsewhere.
