Continued Prayers!
So proud of @AlexaDreiling and how she is fighting. Puts her brave face on every damn day for her kids and shows that this disease isn’t in control of anything! Any and all support goes a long ways so reach out to those and join the fight! #BeBrave #BreastCancerAwareness

Probably tough for a lot of parents to read, but worth it. We’re losing way too many good coaches.

Here's to all the teachers who are flying under the radar... not getting much attention. Their engaging lessons aren’t on TikTok. Their cool interactions with kids aren’t captured on YouTube. But they’re still crushing it. And they’re making a difference for a lot of students.

Never give up on yourself. I was passed up on opportunities that I felt were perfect for me. Had many setbacks and failures, but never quit. Focus on your talents, strengths, and passions and keep working!
You don't lose if you don't quit.

It would be great if politicians would stop talking about teachers' need to be paid more and actually do something about it. When pay hasnt even kept up with cost living and teachers cont to work multiple jobs to survive, it insults them and the profession.

WHY ARE TEACHERS LEAVING THE PROFESSION?
•Inadequate preparation for new teachers
•Lack of support
•Class sizes
•They are worked to the bone
•Low salaries
•Little to no recognition
•Their time isn’t respected
•Better opportunities elsewhere

I heard this years ago and it completely changed my perspective:
"If the homework assignment is more important than the child spending time with their family, assign it."
It never is.
