Hi guys. Angelique here. I need a break from the Internet. You may see someone else post from this account, but if not, I'll see you on the other side. Even after #BlackLivesMatter is no longer trending, I will still be Black so I'm going to take care of myself now. 🖤❤️💛💟
A new newsletter arrived from Hey It's Jali Entertainment. With some words on how we're moving forward.

As a side note, Hey It's Jali Entertainment 100% stands behind Angelique and the statements she has made in the last few days. Her opinions and feelings *do* reflect how we feel about injustice and change. ~Shae
While Angelique takes a break, Shae is braving Twitter. Do not expect as much awesome as Angelique brings to the table.

I would like to invite Black folk with a story to tell, to join me as a guest on my podcast *Not The Half Of It!*
DM if interested. We can chat over the phone if you don't have a mic.
Not an interview, just a platform.

They were quicker to call the police.
Quicker to call the National Guard
Quicker to implement curfews.
Than they were to arrest a murderer.
Remember that.

This is, was, and remains a PEACEFUL protest. At the front lines we made a wall. Everyone had hands UP. They still fired pellets and tear gas anyway. The POLICE are the rioters here
