Yesterday’s NYC vs. NJ Classic at @StFrancisPrep1 was a solid event. It would be the NYC teams that would go 3-1 over their counterparts from across the Hudson River. S/O to @mikemurrayy from @NYCHonor for having us yesterday out in Fresh Meadows, Queens. Look out for the Honor next summer on the @madehoopsmhc.

6’3 Austin Dottin(‘29) Uses Pace and Change of Direction to Live in the Paint🏀 Dottin is a sophomore guard for @MensSfp whom we covered during @eleve11hoops The Preview. In this showing, Dottin continues to show how difficult he is to keep out of the paint. He tries to put pressure on the rim every time the ball is in his hands. He uses pace and change of direction crossovers to keep his defender off balance on his drives. Once he gets a piece of the paint, he utilizes a jump stop before finishing at the rim. Dottin also displayed the ability to make shots from the perimeter. On multiple possessions, he knocked down shots from beyond the arc off the catch from different spots on the floor. This is an attribute we didn’t see during our last evaluation of him. We would like to see him get more comfortable from downtown. #StFrancisPrep #Eleve11hoops #RipandGo #NYCBasketball

Congratulations to @coachczechjr of @MerrimackMBB on being part of the 2026-2027 Hoop Herald 35 Czech is a relentless recruiter who also REALLY knows the game Selfless and always makes those around him better - Nothing has been handed to him in his career - WINNER

6’5 Jordan Allman (‘30) Plays With a High Motor on Both Ends🏀 Allman is an incoming freshman wing for @MensSfp whom we covered during the 2026 @iltdskillscamp. Allman is a high-energy wing who had his fingerprints all over the game we covered. A lot of his damage was done in the open floor. He was usually the first to get down the court in transition, making him a reliable target for his teammates on hit-ahead passes, where he finished above the rim off one foot or both. He also showed effort on the defensive end. He blocked multiple shots and even showed his willingness to defend smaller guards. Even when he was beaten defensively, he recovered and still managed to block the shot. #NYCBasketball #ILTDCamp #RipandGo
