This is the right move and it’s still crazy how PE recruiting was 2 years out.
However, the Banks are huge hypocrites because they’re literally recruiting 18-20 months out for summer analysts who don’t even know how to tie their shoes yet.
Looking at the state of Netflix and the other streamers...I wonder if we've hit that tipping point where free short-form video slop has meaningfully eroded binge & rewatching habits.
