I have information. You completely destroyed Iran's nuclear program in June last year. It must be true because Donald Trump said so. Can I have the money?
Rewards for Justice is offering a reward of up to $20 million and possible relocation for information about Iran’s nuclear program, including its facilities, equipment, and associated personnel, such as those in the scientific community, or the movement of any of the above. “I should add, there is no evidence to back up these statements and Russia would of course reject any such claims …” Said no one on British TV ever
“Russia wants to destroy the West.” Matthew Syed of the Sunday Times warns we’re “tilting towards war” because of Russian hybrid warfare efforts in Europe. #Newsnight

I see Telegraph Columnist and GB News presenter has jumped on the "Yeah well, Andy Burnham supported Brand" bandwagon... ...while remaining completely silent about her own colleague's support 🙄 Quick🧵 on the context of that tweet! 1/19

This is what they’re doing to do with their big mandate??? There’s a real opportunity here to make some huge policy changes. Democrats will squander it with corporate hackery. We can’t let them. Get organized and pressure pressure pressure. Otherwise we will end up with worse fascism if peoples lives don’t get better.
NEW: Chuck Schumer is preparing to lead the Senate with a network of former aides lobbying for private equity—including two former policy chiefs and his top health adviser. Their clients include Blackstone, Apollo, and the industry’s top trade group. readsludge.com/2026/11/06/th…

So Palantir buying a Labour Lord was good value for their money after all. Cash for access. Stinks.
Palantir’s Tom Watson, ex-Labour MP, wrote to Yvette Cooper last month saying the controversial US company could help boost the UK’s tech sovereignty, letters show. Weeks later, sources say the UK is extending its NHS contract for two more years bit.ly/4zrbMYF

PINGU'S DREAM (1991): Infamous episode in which the baby penguin dreams about a monstrous, sadistic walrus. I imagine a lot of Pingu's young audience had dreams about the walrus too, nightmare that it is.

DEMOCRATS MUST DELIVER Trumpism grew out of the failure of the Democratic Party to stand with working families. That cannot continue. At a time of unprecedented income and wealth inequality and declining faith in democracy, Democrats MUST deliver. No excuses. - Medicare for All - A $20-an-hour minimum wage - The PRO Act - A wealth tax on billionaires, which would pay for universal childcare, free public colleges and universities, and a massive housing program - An AI data center moratorium - Bringing ICE under control and comprehensive immigration reform - REAL campaign finance reform

People ask why we haven’t got an Abdul El-Sayed here, well👇🏾 and of course the brilliant Hannah Spencer Imagine if Zack had won his by-election instead of that corporate Starmer Labour candidate, how much he would have already stood up for what’s right in parliament. There are many reasons why there are so few paths to parliament for vocal pro-Palestine socialist candidates, but lack of talent is not one of them

Got to feel for Owen Jones and his book 'The Establishment And How They Get Away With It ' with its back cover endorsement by Russel Brand saying 'Our Generations Orwell' .

One of the (many) reasons the attacks on Abdul failed is that Michigan voters would hear politicians (and plenty of pundits!) matter-of-factly assert that he's "hateful" "divisive" "extreme" "anti-Semitic" "dangerous" etc. Then they'd actually hear Abdul sound like...this:
El-Sayed: "If they come for your rights, they're coming for all of our rights. Because rights are rights ... if we're committed that government should be able about providing you the basic needs of a dignified life and protecting your rights, let's all come together around that."

Now Russell Brand's been convicted of rape, we need to talk about Sylvie Berki. Because she can't speak for herself. In 2014, Ms Berki said she'd been assaulted by Russell Brand. But if she talks about it, even now, she risks jail.

👀 National Labour Party now threatening their own Sheffield Labour Party! They really are losing the plot. I hope Sheffield Labour stand with their residents rather than the Labour party machine that's arming a genocide.
New: Defra Secretary Angela Eagle says "what happens in Sheffield will be a matter for both the party chair and the NEC to decide. "I hope the Labour group in Sheffield will bear that in mind as they make that decision" Negotiations are continuing locally in the council
