Well @virginmedia have not come back to explain why they think door to door selling of there products is appropriate in 2026. Desperate tactics and preying on vulnerable people in their homes. Not a company I would want to do business with.
So @virginmedia think it is acceptable to bang on peoples doors - drumming up business. Must be desperate. I am not vulnerable and will tell people to go away but cornering people in their homes is praying on vulnerable people.
.@virginmedia who the f*ck do you think you are sending sales people to bang on my door. Praying on vulnerable or stupid people in their homes. If I wanted your services I am capable of finding them. Desperate, nasty praying on vunerable.

Oh look @RoyalMail have not bothered to acknowledge their failings.
.@RoyalMail absolutely disgraceful a parcel posted last Wednesday by @gluestickgal still not delivered over a week later. You do not deserve the “royal” part of your name. Repeated issues with mail from open stolen items to several weeks late and lost items.

Dear @BootsHelp I do not need an email telling I have X number of points - I know I am saving them to buy something specific so no I wont be spending them! How about making something to lock them so no one can steal them that doesn’t require phoning you appalling call centre?!

This afternoon, The Queen received Madame Gisèle Pelicot at Clarence House.
Mme Pelicot was awarded the Legion of Honour in 2025, following the incredible courage, grace and dignity with which she waived her right to anonymity in France’s largest rape trial.
Mme Pelicot’s courage to speak up on behalf of all victims has won her global admiration, and earlier this month, she published a memoir.
The Queen has worked to support survivors of sexual and domestic abuse for many decades, and wrote to Mme Pelicot following the trial in 2024.
Today in 1900, 125 years ago Oscar Fingal O’Flahertie Wills Wilde breathed his last in a cheap left bank hotel in Paris. He chose to be who he was in a time when homosexuality was illegal and he paid the harshest penalty.
