Stumbled on this. 19 years in, still going strong. I like this picture, do we look like we know what we're doing? Nobody ever really knows, but you do it and you don't look back. Happy almost anniversary, dear. X

Today marks the 16th anniversary of 'Write About Love,' released in 2010!
We recorded the album at The Sound Factory in Los Angeles. Tony Hoffer, who we had worked with on 'The Life Pursuit,' joined us in the studio to produce the record.

Proposed track listing for If You’re Feeling Sinister. Judy came in May and stole the last place.
At the time “Isabelle Necessary On A Bicycle” was an idea for the title.

Scottish singer Lena Martell, who has died at the age of 86, pictured at Glasgow's Alhambra Theatre ahead of the Five Past Eight Show in May 1962.
She had a number one single in 1979 with One Day at a Time, and sang alongside Sammy Davis Jr. and Frank Sinatra among others, selling nearly 20 million records.
Born in Possilpark, she also achieved success on Broadway and London's West End.
Dougie Stevenson, who toured with Martell, told The Herald: "Lena really was a great personality and great to work with, both on and off the music.
"We started working with her around 1983/84 and have such great memories of the music and videos we made together.
"I toured with her and was in her band, and there are so many gig memories. She was so full of humour and had ideas all the time for not just music, but plays and sitcoms.
"She'll be sadly missed, especially down at the Barras. She would always be down there with dark glasses, incognito. She really loved Glasgow."
