According to Israeli media : the comments made by Netanyahu against Qatar while meeting families of Israeli captives held in Gaza were not leaked by them. The tape was released after green light from the censor in consultation with the PM office.
The situation in the West Bank could spill over at any time - Israel thinks that by releasing tax revenues to the PA and allowing daily workers back into Israel will calm the situation. This is like putting a bandaid over a festering wound and again ignoring the core issues
