Here’s the thing, for me: I don’t even think Canales was wrong that the execution was a main culprit on defense. The Bucs targeted the #Panthers edges, they got a lot of yards on cutbacks and redirections, many of which were aided by poor angles being taken, poor tackling attempts, general disinterest in being physical, etc — all of which are execution failures But the coaches, including Canales and Evero, didn’t have the team prepared to win today either. The mistakes, the penalties, the approach — they weren’t that of a serious football team. I’m not interested in reverting back to being an unserious football team
