Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert…..Happy Birthday Dandanlolaoluwa. 💜

Complaining never fixed anything. Sometimes you just have to stop dwelling on what went wrong, get back to work and focus on making things better moving forward.

You need to change your perspective about the markets; trading mistakes aren’t something to beat yourself over. Your ability to move on from mistakes, losses, and focus on making better decisions on your next position is an undervalued skill, necessary in our business. You see, trading is the psychological business of making money. Your inability to quickly move on from errors & losses is stunting your equity curve.
A few years ago, I watched what is now one of my all time fav videos on trading psychology from a floor trader named John Rambo. His trading philosophy was simple: YOUR MOST IMPORTANT DECISION IS THE NEXT ONE, YOUR MOST IMPORTANT TRADE IS THE NEXT ONE.
It became the basis of my trading psychology. Most great athletes have this ability to make multiple errors in a game, but no one remembers it because go on to produce a great performance. You’ll never see Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo miss a penalty, and then go into hiding for the rest of the game. You’ll never see Kobe miss a free throw, and go into hiding the rest of the game.
A loss doesn’t mean you suck, it is a necessary component to risk-taking. Inability to quickly move on from a loss or a mistake shows a lack of maturity and experience, both of which are necessary for consistency.

Psychology is truly fascinating. Anyone who says it’s overrated hasn’t managed a desk.
Every day I see traders with no edge happily turn up and punt away, with zero fear. Then someone comes along with an actual, demonstrable edge, one that outperforms all of them, yet he’s constantly scared to execute.
One thing apparent with retail traders is they avoid journaling like the plague.
It’s easy to journal your winners.
It’s NOT easy to journal losers… but the losers are the ones you will learn from the most.
I know it hurts your ego to admit you were wrong, but the faster you kill your ego, the faster you become profitable.

Just don't die. Survive long enough to figure out what works.
As you walk the way, the way appears.
Just keep doing and doing and doing, and eventually you'll get it right.

in all seriousness, this is your reminder to focus on YOUR own journey
most big P&Ls and payouts you see online rarely show you the full picture
don’t start over risking or pushing size just because someone else supposedly made a huge number
trade YOUR process.

Except you are extremely jacked (money/skills wise), this is the best advice you will see today. Nobody is doing all those “silent wins” thing.

There’s a reason more and more successful people are starting to healthmaxx.
Being in good physical condition can improve your cognitive function, give you more mental clarity, reduce brain fog, and help you perform at your best.
Taking care of your health is an investment in every other area of your life.
My secret sauce for anyone building, growing, or scaling anything:
Get physically fit.
People talk about courses, podcasts, AI tools, skills, books, mentors, and playbooks.
Very few people talk about what happens when you sleep well, train consistently, eat properly, and feel good in your body.
I started running every day 5 years ago, and at some point it became addictive.
Your brain just lights up differently.
You begin to think differently about discipline, about work, about people, and about what you are actually capable of doing.
